Dear Jonny, I’m Sore…
I have access to a state-of-the-art workout facility, a team of highly experienced personal trainers, and plenty of free time. Thing is, I just can’t deal with the muscle soreness I get for 3-4 days after my workouts. It’s distracting. I guess that’s primarily the lactic acid build up, right? Do you know any tricks for eliminating or reducing the pain? If so, I’d have no problem getting in the gym more than once or twice a week.
